Feptrive maintains a refund policy in accordance with Indonesian consumer protection laws and regulations governing dietary supplements. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
In accordance with Indonesian Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and regulations from the Ministry of Health, opened or consumed dietary supplements cannot be returned or refunded. This applies to all product formats, including powders, capsules, tablets, sachets, and bars.
If you receive an unopened, unused product in its original packaging that is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the product description, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of receipt. To initiate a return:
If you receive a product that arrives defective or damaged due to shipping, contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, either through replacement or refund at our discretion.
All products are shipped with appropriate shelf life. We do not issue refunds for products that expire under normal storage conditions. Customers are responsible for reviewing expiration dates upon receipt.
If you receive an incorrect product due to our error, please contact us immediately. We will ship the correct product at no additional cost and arrange return of the incorrect item.
Under Indonesian consumer protection law, dietary supplements that have been opened or consumed cannot be returned simply due to change of mind. Feptrive does not accept refunds for unopened products requested solely due to customer change of mind, with the exception of items ordered in error by Feptrive.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from verification. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping delays in return of items may affect processing timelines.
